From single-part production to the complete assembly – everything from a single source
Our core business: we manufacture your welding fixtures on modern eccentric presses with 50 to 500 tonnes of pressing force. Material thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 15 mm are standard for us. Whether prototype or high-volume series with several million pieces – we flexibly adapt our capacity to your needs.
Alongside classic stamping, we offer comprehensive forming services. Through bending, deep drawing and embossing, we bring your components into the desired shape. For the forming tools, we work with long-standing, specialised partners.
For tool manufacturing we work with long-standing, specialised partners. We coordinate the entire process for you – from design and production through to trialling. This way you get optimal tools without having to deal with it yourself.
Stamping isn't your core competency? Many of our customers have transferred their entire stamping production to us. We take on projects involving several hundred tools – from tool handover and sampling and qualification through to a stable series ramp-up.
We don't just supply individual parts – on request we also assemble complete sub-assemblies. Bolting, riveting, press-fitting – everything from a single source. Find out more here.
For components that need to be welded, we offer professional welded structures using our own welding fixtures. MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding are all part of our repertoire.
Powder coating rounds out our range of services. In our own coating facility we finish your components in almost any RAL colour – for optimal corrosion protection and an attractive appearance.
